Desktop website and apps are buggy today. Error messages and/or blocked on pages when making some bookings. And some bookings not showing up in my account. And I cannot see more than 5 bookings in my list. Very annoying.

They seemed to have removed the "Availability Calendar", which showed avg night rates for every date in the calendar
please request the team to put that back up

Is online check in working? I fill out the form, click "Validate" and receive the message
"Please amend or complete the details entered in the compulsory fields, shown in red."
But no fields are shown in red..

Tried signing in this morning on the desktop version and it won't recognize my password. Desktop version refuses to acknowledge my email address when I try to reset my password even though I can see my account on my phone app.

I'm trying to book a multi-week stay in Kuala Lumpur via the "Unlock Malaysia" promotion page and it gives me this message:
Your identification is not valid ; please check and re-enter your details.

I'm Platinum and have double checked my loyalty card number. Please help - I'd like to be able to actually book a hotel via your website otherwise will just go with SPG.

First off, welcome to the AccorHotels Forum. I hope you are aware this is Flyertalk and we are not Accorhotels customer service as you mention "...book a hotel via your website...."
Next to your question. You don't need to physically check for the desired rates through the link you posted. The special rates will come up even if you search for Malaysia properties directly from the Accorhotels.com website. I have just tested it.
Of course if even just one single night in let's say a 20 night booking does NOT have the promotional rate, then the promotional rate will not appear at all. Just FYI.
