Reno Air-Free Companion Travel-to June 15
Just saw this in BestFares---through June 15
"Reno Air and MasterCard offer a promotion that can bring you free companion travel simply for paying for your tickets with MasterCard and citing code VMC99 when you make your reservation. Purchase a ticket of $99 or more and you can take a companion along for the price of the taxes."
"This offer applies to all Reno Air flights. The airline's route network includes Alaska. It is concentrated primarily on western U.S. cities but does extend east to Chicago O'Hare.

I called and they quoted a fare of around $600 for two (round-trip) from Chicago to Ancherage. Nasty times and connections, but the price is right.
