Transferring Mileage
Is is possible to transfer miles into another person's account? If so, is there some type of paperwork that needs to be filled out?

please specify: which miles-account(s) do you have or are you considering to have, and what legal relation is between the persons wanting to transfer miles?
There are to many different programs to give you a valid answer on a "generic" question.
