United Premier Status-Only 12 flights
My boss told me that she received a flyer from United stating that 12 United flights between June and December of this year will get you Premiere Status, but she can't find the mailer.

Does anyone have any info on this?

Is that 12 flights or 12 segments?

This sounds like a target marketing special promotion. They do this kinda stuff all the time. They are usually by invite only and are not available to the general membership.

Even without the promotion, Newark to Honolulu via LAX is 5010 miles. Do that round-trip, three times, and you'd have 12 segments, and make Premier (and then some) on miles.
