A little off topic.... but worth a read

I am a new member. I am enjoying the informative posts here.

I'd like to share a site I use whenever I shop online. I usually save a good amount of money using the coupons on this site.

enjoy!

I am an oldmember. I am enjoying the informative posts here, but don't appreciate spamming in our forum.

I'd like to share a site I use whenever I run into spammers. I usually save a good amount of aggravation using the information on this site.

enjoy!

JIM_B,

My appologies. I did not mean to offend or spam. I thought it might be of interest to people on this board. Point taken.

Regards.

There are fine lines between spamming and sharing info. I really don't see too much problem with the post. I will likely look at it. In any case, it was a short post - to the point and not a real "sales job".

If it were not for some other site postings on this board, I would have missed some good deals - such as the AA coupons on Volumebuy or the Currency to Go Travelers Checks.

So tman, I think your post was within bounds.

I will concede that maybe I was a little ironic in responding, but two things made me suspicious:

1) It's his first post on FT, and he's pointing us to a new web service.

2) There's *no* travel-related coupons to be had on the site.

Just my humble opinion...

I agree with you Jim_B. The original post belongs more in OMNI whereas this posts in this should be FF miles related.
