Business Travel vs. Personal Travel
The question came up (during a visit with Flyme2 and dgolds): how much of our travel is business-related, and how much is personal. Post here, and I'll summarize the answers in a week or so.
As a simple rule, it's business if your company pays for it or you get to deduct it, even if part (all?!) of the motivation for the trip is personal. Also business even if you tack on a few personal days... Use your judgement - this is just intended to get a rough idea of "who we all are."
To start the ball rolling:
Total miles in 1999: 130,000
Business total: 0
Personal total: 130,000

I presume we are not talking reward flights here?
115,000 Business (qualifying miles); 325,000 total flight miles including bonuses
0 Pleasure other than reward trips (but really a lot of business was pleasure)

NOT including those other airlines:
Total U-A Miles: 75,855
BUsiness: 44,800
FUN Travel: 31,055
I'm not including the upgrades I've taken on Hawaii and Vegas.

My tax advicers don't recommend to me, to give you my business/leisure-mileage percentages (applying your definitions) here
[*]all my trips include an official business reason: there are wine producers, breweries, distilleries all over the world
[*]all my trips are paid out of my own pocket
... shared with Gisela's
[*]all my trips are funtrips
even if luggage is lost or stolen ...
[*]I did fly in 1999 about 150'000 flight-miles (no mileage award-trips, but many upgrades paid with miles)
