You may feel better being called supreme ruler than manager of wasting time. Happily, with the Dilbert credit card, you can take your choice.
NextCard, the Internet credit-card issuer based in San Francisco, has high hopes for its Dilbert card, which features characters from the popular office-skewering comic strip. ``The folks at United Media were interested in a credit card,'' says Rich Goebel, NextCard's director of new business development. The Dilbert card, introduced in late September, was the choice of the syndication organization.
The card features instant approvals, no late fees, double frequent-flier miles, and, if you don't need paper statements, the card pays you a ``reverse'' fee. Applicants who apply through the Dilbert.com Web site can adorn their cards with the picture of a Dilbert character--and title, under their own name.
The most popular choice: the D-man, followed by Dogbert. Among titles, Supreme Ruler is applicants' first choice, followed by Evil Director of HR, King of My Cube, and Manager of Wasting Time. Goebel projects that the number of cards issued could rise into the ``low six figures.''

Dilbert c.c. are managed by NexCard, and if same rule applies you get double points when you carry balance. You can redeem points for tickets via VacationMiles; it doesn't mention anything about FF miles...
The card offers no fees; annual, late and overlimit fees.
BTW NexCard's rates are based on credit worthiness of each applicant.

The rate of earning mypoints and your interest rate is more dependant on balance transfer "Upgrades" I talked to one person who got the card and he got a 9.9% fixed rate and 2 MyPoints for every dollar (That's how you get the frequent flier miles) for transferring $5000....
