AT&T for 31,000 miles, MAYBE!
I just got a call from AT&T wanting me to switch back after the big MCI switch. I told her I will switch after I get my miles posted, unless she had a better offer. She said "Let me see what I can do, depending on how many calls you make per month". I told her I don't make many at all. She comes back and offers me 31,000 miles. I sat up and began to ask questions. She did not have many answers. To bad. I told her when she had some answers to call me back. I am going to call AT&T tomorrow myself and check it out with someone else but I think she was making this up as we talked. Don't they get bonuses for signing people up? I have not known AT&T to give mile bonuses before, at least not to me. If this is for real I'll post it, then look out AT&T. HERE WE COME!! (But don't get your hopes up. I think she was new on the job)

Just as I thought. Just spoke with AT&T and they know of no such offer. Why a saleslady would make such an offer was unknown to them.
They do not offer any miles to anyone. The man I spoke with even told they do not get a sales commision for getting people to switch or sign up. It's a mystery to him and it makes AT&T look bad. He said he would look into it but probably can't do anything about it. Well, sorry for the false alarm. Should have known that was too good to be true.
