Enroll in Latinpass and get 5,000 miles

I just recieved some coupons from Priority Club offering 5,000 bonus miles just for enrolling in the Latinpass mileage program. The enrollment can be done on-line at http://www.latinpass.com and you use reference code PCWEB99. Latinpass is a partner of Hilton and you can exchange the 5,000 miles after posting to 10,000 HHonors points. Enjoy!!

Cheers Scott

Good luck trying to exchange your "free" Latin Pass Miles to HHonors. They told me that they would not convert my 5K freebie miles (obtained during a Diners Club promotion) to HHonors, and have apparently even written a clause in their rules prohibiting it.

Well, the points are there. I have received points from other avenues when I was told "no way". Let's see what my power of persuasion can accomplish. I'll let you know in a couple of months how I make out.

Well there is nothing on the coupon either way, so I'll wait until I get there package and read through it then. The worst that could happen is I have miles in just another account.

Cheers Scott

I wonder, though, if you signed up and then flew US or TW using your Latin Pass number whether that would then be enough for them to feel you were a "legitimate" Latin Pass member, and then allow you to transfer 5000 miles from your account into Hilton? Anyone have any rules or materials which discuss this from Latin Pass. There doesn't seem to be any explanation on the web site.
