Omni Hotels- Why no frequent guest program???
I write because one of my favorite hotel chains has no frequent guest program. Omni Hotels has great properties in a number of cities, at reasonable prices, including the Omni Chicago hotel, which is my personal favorite in the city. But they lose a lot of my business becuase of their lack of a frequent guest program. I encourage everyone who has stayed at an Omni hotel and enjoyed the experience to drop their customer relations department a note encouraging them to adopt such a program.

Actually, Omni does have a preferred guest program; you qualify for membership after three (or four, I'n not quite sure) stays within the calendar year. It's not generally advertised like other hotel frequent-guest programs, but grants access to their club-level floors.
