MSNBC contest truly gone
I wasn't able to sign on to the contest url to sign up the other day: was told "file couldn't be found." They quit advertising the page some time ago, but if you knew the address, you could still sign up. Now it's ***sniff*** truly gone.
!!!NO MILES FOR YOU!!!
There were a few on the board who did win. I'm curious as to whom. Would you jerks mind fessing up? I mean that in the kindness sense of course!

It's definitely gone, probably for good. They had already extended the contest at least one when it had expired before, but it looks like the June 11, 1999 expiration date was the real deal.

They actually banner advertised to my surprise this mornign but I got the same message "..file, not found.."
Sports fans can compete in the sports section for season tickets now however. I'm trying without success yet but some of you more lucky FT folks will surely win!

I won 5K Continental miles on 6/3. I don't even remember loging in that day! I will have to launder these miles with Hilton as I have never been on CO. Still I'm not complaining

It sure would be nice if MSNBC would get rid of the little banner ads and .gif image ads in the columns of some of the stories. I know it's gone, but I find myself hopeful that they could have made a mistake and someone's still running the contest at MSNBC, not realizing the contest has ended.
