Are rows 1& 2 still J seats on BAE146's in eastern Canada?

I booked Deer Lake - YHZ AC8901 for next week and picked seat 2D on the AC website. The seat configuration on the web site still had J seats even though there isn’t any J service on this route.

Can I expect a J seat?
Was I able to select this seat because of my P status?

Yes. Row 1 - 3 are still J seats on the 146s even though the whole flight is sold as Economy class.
