Holy macro... They must be *desperate* to fill that seat!

I guess if someone just bought a Q seat sale ticket, they can't downgrade and get a refund on the difference?

But, it is on destina...

And I bet LondonElite is thinking... Why can't it be ex-LHR?!? (I can't agree anymore!)

Grr... $611 all in compared to $822 all in on the AC Seat Sale.

I guess if you booked in Q but this is in L that you can't really change it.. Although, if the cancellation fee is $100, then rebook in L, and still save $100?

aeroplan.de suggests all categories are in the 9's for the days that I want to fly (13Feb - 25Feb), but the seat map shows the plane ~70-80% full in analysis. Boo.

But don't they also block out "airport assignment only" seats? So, it could be less full than what the analysis says...

But yes, frustrating...

The problem is you have to book this online. If you call destina the jokers to book them, they will charge you a service fee so in the end you really don't save any moeny.

Not that you're bitter, or anything Empress.

I was an idiot when I booked a Destina fare, and they actually cancelled a non-refundable ticket within 15 minutes of its purchase. The good news Destina story of the day (ever?)?

Well, now that you got me started.

There is nothing that's bugging me more than destina - very unprofessional & sneaky.

I have a booking right now that involves many AC people trying to help out but destina just wouldn't bulge. (The agent's exact words to me after talking to destina - "Even though the rules said it's ok, they said they are not allowing it.")

Destina is a disgrace. I've never dealt with such a company in my life. It's giving AC a negative image.

It left agents, supervisors, leads & me shaking our heads this past week wondering just what exactly is wrong with them.

I know these are strong words but I mean every single one of them. I've reached my breaking point with destina.

As a joker, I take offence at being compared to Detestina. I would also be offended by the words clowns, idiots, and morons. It is unfair to us to be compared such a vile entitiy as Destina.

And did I ever mention that Destina called me in England at 0300GMT?!? They're lucky I was awake doing work and talking to friends in Ottawa... The phone just kept ringing and ringing and I was afraid all my flatmates would wake up and scream...

The guy on the other end sounded like he was on crack or something...

He was probably so stupid that he didn't realised he was calling the UK! *sigh*

Now Ken, the original reference was to incompetent jokers, not highly competent jokers such as yourself!

Bl**dy right! I don't really have much reason to go to any of those places, but I guess there's a similarly freebie fare from YYZ (C$598 I think). Really makes me wonder about nesting...
