BA vs AC

People here used to complain about AP before and how frustrating it can be to be on hold for 2 hrs. Well, now I understand and I am a bit pis*ed off myself.

The difference is IT'S WITH BA RES!!!!!

I called yesterday and I was on hold for over an hour and I gave up. Today during the day I was on hold for 50 min and I had to give up. Right now, on hold again and it's been 35 min already....

What is happening???

You thought AP was bad? Try calling BA!!!

I called 1-800-AIRWAYS. Does anybody know any other number?

On the other hand, AC revenue reservation is very easy to get thru. It's only a short wait most of the time.

1-888-AIRWAYS
One is in the US, the other in Canada. Seperate offices. I don't remember which is which. Both work.

Thanx guys,

I finally got through after about 70 min and the message kept saying that they are upgrading their computer systems and that's the reason for delay i guess.

BTW

Anybody flying YYZ-LHR tonight?

I am actually in the LHR AC arrivals lounge right now! I flew AC856 YYZ-LHR and it was a really good flight! The A330 was spotless, and I have had my shower now, about to boad my AF flight to Paris. Just gonna have one last glass of Pommery champagne! Enjoy your trip ACDUDE!!!
