SE desk contiunally engaged!
I've always found the SE desk to be very prompt in answering but I've been trying their usual 0800 number on and off for past 24 hours and found it continually engaged.Is this another symptom of the cutbacks?

Have E-Mailed them asking for an early reply but none as yet.

I had the same problem the other day. To get through to someone I actually pressed "1" to talk to Aeroplan and they patched me through to revenue. They also said they'd "look into it", doesn't look like they did.

The Elite lines are slower right now also. I waited ~10 min on one call and slightly less on another today. Usually, they pick up after a couple of rings. and
