Dubious delay from Delta Hotels
Has anyone else noticed a substantial delay in the arrival of this year's Gold and Platinum Delta Privilege kits? It boggles my mind that half the year is gone and still this year's kit has not arrived!?

Phoned muliple times. SE desk eventually got them to FedEx one to me.

Absolutely heard nothing at all since I signed up when i first got my SE kit back in Feb.

Dorian: So if i email/call the SE desk to let them know that i haven't got my Platinum kit, they will take care of it for me?

They did for me....they called Delta direct and they rushed me a pack.

Maybe I need to be more assertive with Delta concierge? I think having waited a good part of the year already, I have been reasonably patient.

I got my Platinum Privilege package in the mail in late April. I also earned it the hard way, via the "frequent sleeper program", not the SE offer.
