anyone deal with 1-800-AIRTRAVEL
They quoted me a BUsomething fare they say is a Y fare equivalent, instead of $2200 IAD-SFO-IAD, $1800, on UA, and said they have equal discounts almost anywhere.
Is this for real? Are there downsides to dealing with them?
