AS Companion Free question

I have heard there is an Alaska Airlines voucher that allows a second passenger to travel with the first one for $50. How can I get one of these?

They actually seem to send them out fairly quickly from the time that you apply for the card (within one month). They are also available on E-Bay but seem to sell for more than the cost of a Credit Card for one year.
