Air France Adapts Summer Capacity for the U.S. Market; Concorde to Fly Daily

Air France announced today its summer schedule, which will increase the number of flights between its 12 U.S. gateway cities and its Paris-Charles DeGaulle hub by more than 50 percent over the winter schedule. The new schedule will take effect on March 31.

In addition, Air France will increase Concorde service between New York's Kennedy Airport and Paris from five weekly flights to daily service on June 1. This will be the first time in almost two years that Air France has offered daily Concorde service.

``We've seen traffic come back from last fall's decline,'' said Christopher Korenke, vice president and general manager - Air France USA. ``This is an appropriate time for us to start growing again.''
