I'm currently (27FEB at 10h15 CST) enroute from FLL to YYZ (via ORD on UA). I was in MIA/FLL for meetings since Tuesday. Decided yesterday to fly out to YVR on AC115 to go skiing on Saturday in YWS and cashed some points (figure since I will no longer be SE in Feb 2005 that I start drawing down the balance).

I arrive into YYZ on UA1006 at 13h15. I walked over to AC's gate at E1 here in ORD to get my boarding pass for YYZ-YVR so I'm good to go.

I'll be the one in my gortex blue jacket, laptop over my shoulder and carry-on in tow. Blue dress shirt, beige casual pants, black hair and I wear glasses. Or if you have a copy of 1999's SE pkg, I'm on the one on the inside cover and throughout the pkg.

I'll probably be working in the business centre, if there is space, as I need to get a few things done before my meetings on Monday. I'll grab a drink in the main part with my gortex jacket on.

Cheers

PS...met Simon (nice meeting you Simon) on Monday as we were seated across from each other (2B/2C) on UA's flight at 10h00 to ORD. Did not realize who he was until we were getting ready to disembark and I saw his FT tag.

Gortex?!? Do you ever need that jacket in the Turks & Caicos? Or just preparing for YVR?

PointWeasel, I am always prepared so that's why the Gortex jacket!! Came in handy as it was raining in YWS in the late afternoon.

privatejet, very good meeting you. Sorry we did not talk more but I was zonked out. Busy week in FLL and I was up early since I was flying from FLL to YYZ on UA via ORD. I did go skiing in YWS and it was a good morning but then weather moved in with snow up top and rain in the village. I got 14 runs in. I'm back in YYZ, as I took the red-eye back last night. Need to get a few things done here before flying out to PHX tomorrow (Monday). I'm in PHX for the week starting with a dinner meeting tomorrow but leaving at 10h00 on my flight via ORD.

shore9, we did not see you...it will have to be next time.

Cheers everyone

There are computers in the YUL MLL business centre. When you enter the lounge, walk right to the end where the fridge and liquor are and the biz centre is on your right.

Also wireless internet is available. My fav seat is one of those comfy chairs in front of the big TV + wireless internet!
