AC engaging in "dialogue of the deaf"

According to the CCAA judge,

http://makeashorterlink.com/?U1D312065

Your Honour: Most of the posters here could have told you that fact. AC rarely listens to its customers.

"Judge Farley also admonished all sides in the restructuring to put consumers' interests first during discussions.

All discussions, he said, should be conducted in a businesslike and flexible way and put "consumer requirements first as our ongoing principle."

Thanks Judge. !

Edited to add last quote.

I certainly like the use of the word "streamlined" when they speak of regulators and the fact the judge has mentionned the ones who pay the bills should be cared for---the lowly customer.

But will AC management/BOD actually listen to the judge or just do what it wants to?

What a novel concept, a customer driven business plan!

Far too radical for the current management. Next you'll be expecting them to actually make a profit.

I said it on www.errorplan.com way back at the very outset of the CCAA proceedings, and it's still sad that not once have I heard anything from AC/AP about putting their customers coming first. This has been and continues to be the biggest problem with AC/AP as RM seems to view passengers as some sort of inconvenience....

Now you know why RM did so well at AC Cargo!
