ZIP flight quarantined in YEG

A YVR-YEG ZIP flight (3J/AC 6254) tonight was quarantined in YEG tonight after 2 passengers reported SARS like symptoms. Most of the passengers on board were connecting from AC008 from HKG.

Passengers were given masks and Health Canada will contact them within 14 days.

The whole thing lasted 3 hours.

The plane was isolated for 3 hours and Health Canada gave the ok sign for pax to go home. They were given masks and told to wear them until they get home.

And it turned out one of the passengers was only suffering from motion sickness. Not sure about the other one but don't think it was SARS.

Could be tougher to spot with winter weather conditions we have today, -12 C and blowing snow! I thought it was April?

Is there anything else that can happen to keep people at home? Or am I just imagining things?

Ask people in Ontario what they're getting. Yet another Winter storm!
