Robert Milton Visits Vancouver
AC prez Robert Milton spoke at the Vancouver Board of Trade meeting on Thursday.
According to an article in this morning's Vancouver Sun, Milton said a lack of choice in the Canadian market often works against Air Canada in giving it a negative reputation.
BUT HE NOTED THE AIRLINE's LOW-COST TANGO SUBSIDIARY HAS CARRIED MORE THAN TWO MILLION PASSENGERS AND HE HAS NOT RECEIVED ONE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT ABOUT ITS SERVICE LEVELS.
Is this guy suffering from severe jet lag or is he on crack???

If one wanted to send a complaint directly to Mr. Milton, how does one do so, without having one of his subordinates read the letter, and respond (and in this scenario, the letter would never get to Mr. Milton?)?

YEs, I would appreciate as many of the points of contact of Mr. Milton that can be provided (ie fax and also email would be gratefully accepted).
