Hi,
No, i've spoken with Mexicana and the whole mexicana saga is ridiculous. I can't understand how someone can operate a program and promotion and refuse to honour the terms of their program and the promotion. I will be asking them to remove credits (which they were happy to do - funny about that!!) and have them accrue with AC if possible.
Varig promo doesn't expire till the 31 Dec so I will be using later trips this year on other *A flights to accrue my Varig points.

Did you have an Aeroplan account open prior to the flights? Are there any other airline FF numbers on the boarding passes you are proposing to send to AC? BTW, the word is "retroactively".
