If there is a schedule change, when does everything update?

If there is a schedule change, when does everything update?
Right now, I am looking at YYZ-HKG flights and the only place where it shows the updated schedule is go through AC's online reservation system or reward travel booking system... not on ITN, not on PTO and not even on some agent's computer. How long does it take for all the system to be updated?
