Earn miles at Beau Rivage (MGM-Mirage)??

Does MGM-Mirage partner with any airline or hotel loyalty program? I'm staying at Beau Rivage this weekend. If there are miles to be had, I want 'em!!

Thanks,
Andrew

If you are talking about the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, you can earn 500 AA miles for staying there, as well as for gambling

Just register in their Director's Club program

http://www.mgmgrand.com/lv/pages/gaming_slots.asp

One mile for every two Director's Club points

I regret to report that the MGM Grand's AAdvantage promotion will end June 28.

Do you know if the AAdvantage promotion applies at other MGM-Mirage properties, or just MGM Grand?

No other properties in Vegas. I don't know about the others.

Caesars Palace does award Starpoints for gambling, up to 10,000 per year. One point for every dollar of theoretical loss.

I think we have some mis-comunication here. What Andrew (and I) are looking for is an opportunity to earn points/miles at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi,MS....Mirage/MGM happens to OWN the Beau Rivage....somehow, the thread got thrown off course (westward ) to Vegas... so..the final question(s) is.....does the AAdvantage promo extend to the Beau Rivage in Biloxi,MS? Not Vegas...not Caesars...but Beau Rivage.

IM4Travel: Not at the Beau Rivage. It was a Mirage resort, and Mirage resorts never particiapated in any mileage schemes. MGM bought the Mirage properties a couple of years ago, but they did not expand the AA deal outside of the MGM Grand in Vegas.

BTW, the Beau Rivage is a very nice property, it reminded me of a smaller version of the Bellagio.

Excellent skofarrell...thanks for the clear and concise answer. That's what I thought as well. You just confirmed it. I've also heard that it was the nicest property in the area.

Care to divulge your source?

Is this related to the new unified MGM Mirage Players Club? Is this the date the new players club is supposed to be online at the MGM? Do you know if they're ending the all AA benefits at the MGM, including those for AA Platinum flyers, or just the Director's Club awarding miles for slot play?

You can get miles at all the Hilton properties (double-dipping) - Flamingo, Paris, etc.

No, but it's straight from the lion's mouth.

Only tangentially. No, the Players Club is scheduled to go online at the MGM Grand in August.

That is a good question and I don't have the answer.

Yes you can... but not for gambling.
