Leading Hotels of World/Preferred Hotels?
Does anyone know of a program to be able to transfer points to in order to get free nights at Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels, or Relais et Chateaux properties?

Leading Hotels of the world: have no mileage program of their own, but by invitation they offer 'LC' = Leaders Club membership ('giving' unconfirmed upgrade possibilities and often special attention at check-in and a welcome gift in your room). Many 'members' belong to luxury 'chains' having their own mileage-/points-program like some Sheraton Luxury-collection members (Starwood program), some Mandarin Orientals (Bangkok, Hong Kong, others), The Windsor Court Hotel Melbourne (The Windsor Club), Camino Real Mexico-City, etc. etc.
Relais & Chteaux: most hotels participate in UA's Mileage Plus program
Preferred some (all?) participate in UA's Mileage Plus program, 'my' wonderful Brown Palace in Denver comes to my mind.

Preferred Hotels and Resorts do participate in UA's program. At my last two stays at Preferred properties, (Hotel George and Hay Adams in IAD), either the hotel or you fill out a voucher which the hotel sends in to UA in order for the miles to be credited. The cosrotium of Preferred properties do not have a loyalty program, however.
