Ac's New no frills airline !! Just flown it.....
I have recently read an article about AC starting a no frills airline....Well i have just flown it....
YVR-YEG....
Booked the flight through AC SE desk..Had two confirmed seats, 6A 6B...
Checked in...seats are no longer available, agent told us " Not sure what happened there"
No problems.....until we board and find a off duty FA sat in 6A with 6B empty ....hummmm.
One other thing, the Agent was one miserable cow.!
Flight back, after asking the yvr agent to confirm the return seats, together...still apart...no worries....The flight was 1.20 late....and not one apoligy...not from the captain, not from the FA...no one..!!
This has to be the no frills airline i have been reading about...
I really am loosing faith in this merger...
While sat in the lounge at YEG, i was thinking.....AC have a great product, it looks good, the uniforms, the new lounges...but what is wrong with the people in the organization, they have no pride in the great product.....time for AC to clean these people out of the company....
