Transfer Ticket
I have a trip planned to Tokyo Nov. 4 -11th on Northwest. Unfortunately do to recent events my travel partner does not want to take this trip. My tickets are non-refundable and I think I have found a back up travel companion but my tickets also say "non-transferable." I'm willing to pay a change fee, but I am not willing to pay $100 change fee PLUS $150 fare difference. Any chance Northwest will grant a little leniency? Any suggestions?
P.S. I have also posted this in the Northwest Forum but I wanted to know if this larger group has had any recent experience.
