I had a reunion with my UA angel this afternoon.
She worked at the now closed White Plains CTO. After doing vacations this summer, she was re-assigned to the WTC. She told me that when all the people started running out of the towers, they immediately evacuated. They had plenty of time to get out, I'm happy to say.
I wasn't sure where she relocated. So after going to 59th street, another HPN angel told me where to find to find her. (intentionally leaving her name out, but you can e mail me if you're interested.) Current location is the CTO at Grand Central on Park Avenue.

So after a few hugs, and hearing that everything was OK, she said that she has received an overwhelming show of support from her customers.

So just a reminder to give you friends at United a hug when you see them next.
