Miles for Shipping? Airborne/Fedex/others?

Hi,
Any idea if I could get miles for my package shipping? I send a lot of stuff from US to Asia - and this is one activity for which I dont get any miles.
Thanks

You can earn points or miles when you charge the shipping costs to an mileage/point earning American Express/Visa/Mastercard or Diners Club card as I do for shipments with FedEx/DHL and other couriers. Airline carriers may also provide mileage for shipments, such as UA.

alka12 - You may want to check out the cargo and same-day shipping options at United. I know they give 1,000 miles for your first shipment and 500 for each shipment after that. However, I'm not certain what their prices or terms are.

Check out www.unitedsameday.com and www.unitedcargo.com.

The Delta AmEx card pays 2 miles per dollar for charges at the U.S. Postal Service.

And, did I read something about American giving miles for using their shipping service?

AA only offers miles on it "AAToday" service, which is a door-to-door service.

Normal (and much less expensive) Priority Parcel (counter-to-counter) and standard cargo service doesn't qualify.
