LH's offer is only good for tickets bought/trips-starting in N-America.
... and if you want to become a LH miles&more-ff, and if you fly more than 3000 miles before end of feb-2000 with them, I can send you an application form giving you (and me) 5'000 extra bonus miles (credited after you have flown those 3000 miles before end of feb-2000).
(SR is offering the same 2 for 1 offer for flights starting in the US)

Both Sabena and Swiss Air have 2 differnt companion tickets deal; MasterCard and Valentine special.
