Just wanted to point out that this is a SuperCertificate from GiftCertificates.com
i THINK (please correct me if I'm wrong) that the minimum GC you can usually get is $25 (minus the $10 equals $15 out of pocket)
Also, I don't know if this would be considered a "promotional" deal or not. In the past, GiftCertificates.com has sometimes limited a household to using their promotions "only once".
