Packages or deals to the Seychelles?
We are engaged and discussing a honeymoon trip. We had a great time a few weeks ago on the Big Island of Hawaii, where my fiancee proposed
He told me that besides Hawaii, he had considered that we go to the Seychelles for my birthday but that it was quite a distance and required more time (in his opinion) than the 7-8 days we were going to be in Hawaii.
Now, it is on the short list for the honeymoon (along with the British Virgin Islands, the Great Barrier Reef, and Fiji) <We have been to the Caribbean several times, so it is not on this list>.
Maybe Europeans see deals to the Seychelles, but they don't seem to pop up in the tons of travel emails I get.
Does anyone know of a good source for packages or deals to the Seychelles?
Thanks for any help

--Flying from Los Angeles to the Seychelles is a very very long trip. When we did this a few years ago, via BA, it meant flying LAX to (can't remember if it was LHR or LGW) and then another 12 hours to the Seychelles. Friends of mine recently returned from a honeymoon in Fiji. They loved it and it was a relatively easy trip. Flew the Fijian airline non-stop from LAX --about a 10 hr. flt. (for an extra $250.00) they were upgraded . They were very pleased with the resort on Fiji, as well. The Barrier reef is also easier to access than the Seychelles, but do some research on the resorts in the area. They vary widely from modest to extremely deluxe.
