Look at this: CNET- Web users gravitate to Orbitz
No wonder Orbitz was a little slow at the launch, they got swamped! To quote Kenny Mayne (ESPN), "That would be like a record or something." The NY Times online picked this up today too. If anything people like orbitz.com as a very effective research tool:
