Star Alliance: fly 3 to 6 partners starting sep-15
As last year already: UA has a Star-Alliance-promotion starting sep-15 (till nov-15) fly 3 to 6 members, earn 5´000 to 50´000 miles (plus 10´000 quiz-miles).
Last year: LH and other Star-Alliance-partners had (somewhat different) promotions for the same period (with LH-miles&more you were able to win a round-the-wordl-ticketwhen flying all Star-Alliance-partners).
Last year, on ONE Star-Alliance-round-the-world-ticket I was able to qualify for both (UA and LH) flying two segments with each partner (it was only 5 partners last year), crediting one segment to my UA-account and the other segment to my LH-account. So finally I had 50'000 miles form UA and one round-the-world-ticket from LH with just one ticket, that did cost me about SFr 3´300 (USDollar 2´200).
I havent seen any similar LH-promotion yet for this autumn. Do you know any similar promotions of other Star-Alliance-partners (other than UA) for this autumn?
