Citi Bank Citi You

Can someone tell me about this card?
Its called a Citi.You card.

here's the link
http://www.citibank.com/us/cards/chooser/index.htm

I don't quite get it. I think you can accumulate points on it but it doesn't say specifically the exchange ratio of $ oints. I looked into the rewards section and theres the good ol 25000 points R/T given.

It has no fees and was wondering if I missed something

I think the latest issue of insideflyer doesn't recommend this type of card because there are lots of restrictions.

At one point for every two dollars it only earns half the rate of a standard earning card. While the no annual fee is nice, it would have to be a low volume card (like a card used only for backup or emergency) to make this a better deal.

i couldn't find what points would get you.

a while back, it seems that citi points got you discounts on merchandise which you could buy for about the price of a large chain.

edit to add... went back to the links above & there wasn't much info on citi rewards.

Go to this link.

http://www.citibank.com/us/cards/cardserv/citiyou/

Then click on Citirewards on lower right.
Then click on Viewcatalog Now(lower right).

That should take you to main rewards page. I tried to make a link but it gave a longer than 30mins session so I couldn;t doh
