flying with children, airline baby policies
I have found a good post of all airline children policy at consumer reports page, do not need to subscribe.
http://www.consumerreports.org
click on "flying with children"
it lists things like:
Advance booking for unticketed baby required?
baby bottle warmed?
baby fares?
baby meals?
Baby bassinet available?
hope this will help and is the right forum.

I didn't click on the link. My thoughts:
<< Advance booking for unticketed baby required? >>
Int'l yes, domestic no.
<< baby bottle warmed? >>
Bring room temperature distilled water (lots of it, don't trust the tap water on the plane to be clean and available), and powdered formula. Not necessary if breastfeeding.
<< baby fares? >>
Int'l: 10% of adult fare for lap baby, ? for separate seat. Domestic: free for lap baby, 50% off for separate seat.
<< baby meals? >>
Huh?
<< Baby bassinet available? >>
Not sure; int'l I think so, domestic probably not.
