June 3, 1999--Effective
immediately through Aug. 31, 1999, Hilton HHonors(R) members who
Double Dip(R) -- pay a business rate and request both points and miles
-- will receive double TWA Aviator miles as part of the first
anniversary celebration of the TWA Aviators program.
"We're delighted to celebrate with TWA the first anniversary of
the Aviators program by providing our members this seasonal
mileage-earning boost," said Jeffrey Diskin, president and chief
operating officer of Hilton HHonors Worldwide. "HHonors members will
reap the benefits of earning travel rewards faster through this
valuable promotion."
Double Dipping(R) allows members to earn HHonors points and
airline miles for each business-rate stay at any of more than 450
participating Hilton and Conrad International hotels worldwide.
TWA flies approximately two million passengers per month on more
than 800 daily flights to 100 destinations (including seasonal
service) in North America, the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East.
Frequent Flyer magazine/J.D. Power and Associates recently ranked TWA
the No. 1 airline in frequent traveler satisfaction for short flights,
meaning domestic flights of less than 500 miles, in 1999.
Membership in Hilton HHonors is free. Visitors to Hilton's
Internet site at www.hilton.com can complete an online enrollment form
by clicking HHonors on the home page. To enroll instantly in the
program or to make reservations, consumers in the United States and
Canada may also call 800/HILTONS.
Outside the United States and Canada, travelers may call the
Hilton Reservations Worldwide office in their area. Travelers also may
pick up an enrollment form with a temporary membership card at any
