Miles for car rental?

I was wondering if I am able to collect the miles for a car rental in someone else's name. I do not drive, and therefore cannot rent the car. Can I still get the Aeroplan miles for my fiancee's rental? I noticed that some airlines specify that the rental must be in the memnber's name, but I don't see this for Air Canada (or Canadian).

Thanks.

I don't know anything about Air Canada's car rental partners, but I worked for National Car Rental last summer (partner of Canadi>n Airlines), and I know for a fact that the computer systems would not award points if the CPlus account name was not the name on the Rental Agreement.
