Wait time @ SE desk...
Okay, spoke too soon on another thread regarding wait times.
Called the SE Aeroplan info. desk (5 a.m. their time) to see what in the world happened to my mileage and status miles balances online (they are VERY incorrect suddenly).
Was on hold 37 minutes (international 800#)...hung up...went to lunch...
