Gold Points returned my call today!
I spoke with a great agent about my p;oints not posting. She asked me to fax her directly. I asked if she would call to confirm receipt. Not only did she call back within 1/2 hour, but she explained why my prior faxes had not been processed.
While she could not post the points then and there, she did promise to call again tomorrow with a new update.

Yes. I faxed in my credit card receipts. GP wanted the Valuemags confirmations. I explained that I don't have them handy. She said she would check it from her end, and if need be, she would call me tomorrow.
