Okay, Everyone who wants to know how to travel with their kids read on, those who desire to flame this type of information post here…

My son is just turning 2 this month and he has flown plenty, all of it with remarkable success, SEA-YYZ, SEA-SNA, SEA-HNL each more then once, and other shorter flights. Here is how we manage.
Rule #1 – Take direct flights whenever you can.
Rule #2 – Bring the cheerios listed in the above link.
Rule #3 – Never buy all your seats in F, I will buy one in F and 2 in coach. The NW always seems to put the 2 seats way in the back, but no problem for us. Then my wife and I trade in and out of the seat in F, as we like.
Rule #4 – Bring Dimetap for kids, and make sure you know your dosages. You know how you need to valsalve (equalize the pressure in your eustachian tube upon decent), well babies don’t know how to do that and if you try to do it to them all the other passengers will think you have finally lost it after that 3.5 hour flight.
I was once one of those “mean” business travelers who didn’t like kids. Now I have reformed and if you travel with kids I am the person you want in the seat in front of you.
Feel free to add your suggestions to this list.

Some good advice..My wife and I always get 4 seats in first ...we have boys 5 years and 20 months...better behavior then most of the other passengers....as far as the looks you get from angry people when you get on...just laugh and remember what miserable lives they must have.
Sorry but I see no reason why my family should sit in coach.
