FAA: Delete Drone Registration for a Fee Refund

Due to a decision by the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) website now features a page for those who paid $5 in order to register their drones to delete their registration and collect a full refund. After more than 820,000 drone registrations, the FAA collected approximately $4 million in fees.
