Alaska Air Passenger Attempts to Open Door Mid-Flight

A passenger onboard an Alaska Airlines flight from New York to Seattle attempted to open the aircraft’s rear-door mid-flight, forcing the plane to make an emergency landing at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) Monday. The man, whose name has yet to be released, was escorted off the flight by police after landing at MSP.
