I've done this flight enough to know they'll load eight steaks and eight mediocre salads, so I sacrificed an aisle seat to make sure I was in the first two rows. I enjoyed the steak with the blue cheese topping, and the apple cake was excellent. I feel bad for the last two rows who got stuck with the potato salad.
