Choice of salmon or chicken salad. I was in 1B on an odd-numbered flight, so when the flight attendant reached us she only had one salmon left. I generously let my seatmate choose, and she took the salmon, so I got the chicken salad. I was expecting a lettuce salad with some chicken on top, but it was literally chicken salad topped with dried cranberries, with a couple of strands of (thankfully not romaine) lettuce. I would have been disappointed in the portion size had I not had another dinner
