Poached eggs benedict with the runny yolk we just discussed. Everyone in my row and behind me were awake at this point so I opened my window halfway which seemed to confuse the sensor on my phone camera, weird lighting and artifacts as a result. I think I would enjoy this a bit more if the pide base were pre-cut a bit as I made quite a mess cutting it. As mentioned previously I find it rather tough to cut compared to english muffins. Overall very good flavors.
