Omelette was probably on the rubbery side but acceptable. The potatoes however were downright atrocious. The worst I've had anywhere. They had a buttery flavor but they were drier than actual cardboard. This was the only food item I was served that I couldn't even eat half of (I do not like to waste food, especially on flights, so if I don't finish something it's pretty bad). I did appreciate the constant coffee refills however. In the future I might ask if I can get the Y breakfast if availabl
