Second meal service appetizer. This is such a sharp contrast to the chicken salad app for main meal service I had on my later ex-BOS flight. Not only better presented but much fresher veggies and tastier chicken. Hard to even recognize as in the same family of dish. The eggplant side was good, but not quite as good as the similar salad bar dish at the lounge this time.
